After more than 6 years of use, there is a probability of shaft breakage in three-phase asynchronous motors. Although this proportion is not high, it still poses certain safety hazards during use. To prevent shaft breakage, efforts should be made from multiple aspects and perspectives.
1. Material
There are many types of materials for the bearings of three-phase asynchronous motors, with 45 steel being the most commonly used. Under normal temperature, static load, and general working conditions, the allowable stress value is 186KPA. When selecting materials, they should meet the requirements of hardness and pressure. Materials with unstable physical properties are prone to deformation and bending when made into bearings.
2. Strength verification
The strength calibration of three-phase asynchronous motors requires reference to many data, among which the rated data of the motor, shaft extension and shaft extension key parameters, key length, shaft cross-sectional area, torque, etc. are important data. Relevant three-phase asynchronous motor manufacturing enterprises should strictly tune these parts and ensure that these parameters can be matched with each other to avoid various abnormalities in the bearings.
3. Daily use
When using three-phase asynchronous motors, the connection of the bearings needs to be regularly maintained, especially the lubricating oil used, which needs to meet the requirements of the motor's use. The lubrication conditions and strength of the bearings need to be coordinated, which means that the lubricating oil plays a protective role for the bearings of the motor. And in use, regular maintenance should be carried out according to the design requirements of the product, which can make its use safer and more efficient.
